You have the option of choosing between a full-time hosting plan or a flexible plan. Our full-time plan is the best option if you rent properties year-round. Our flexible plan is designed for those who rent seasonally, occasionally or aren’t able to host their property year-round. Whenever you sign up with Casa, one of our advisors will help you determine which pricing plan is right for you.
Our management fee covers fixed costs such as key security, maintenance coordination, and host support for non-booking-related queries. Our booking commission covers the cost of vetting prospective guests, organizing check-ins, coordinating housekeeping, offering 24/7 guest support and communications, and managing stocked products.
Yes. We calculate our booking fees based on the gross booking platform earnings.
Guests cover the cost of housekeeping, so there’s no cost to you apart from Casa’s management fee. However, you’ll see this money coming in and out of your account so it’s important to note. We set cleaning fees based on the number of bedrooms in a rental property – and whether additional beds (like sofa beds) have been used.
Our housekeeping team will restock your rental properties with toiletries and cleaning products whenever supplies are running low. We can add the cost of each item to your invoice, or you can choose to replenish products yourself if you’d prefer.
